3. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract is concluded between the customer and the service provider when the customer's order is confirmed. Confirmation is sent electronically, and after payment, the customer immediately gains access to the purchased digital products.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices and fees: The prices listed on the website apply.
Payment methods: Credit card payment.
Payment terms: Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

5. Delivery and Fulfillment

As the service provides digital products, no physical delivery takes place. The customer gains immediate access to the purchased products after payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, withdrawal and refunds are not possible after purchase, as the products are downloadable and can be used immediately.

7. Warranty and Guarantee

In case of defects in the digital products, the customer has the right to file a complaint through the above contact details. The company will make every effort to correct the defect.

8. Liability

The service provider is not liable for any damages to the customer's computer system caused by the use of digital products, unless the damage is caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

10. Complaint Handling
